I am a Consultant Nurse currently employed in an inpatient unit for working age adults. I have been a Registered Mental Health Nurse since 2007 and an independent prescriber since 2012. I have expertise in working with people with severe and enduring mental health conditions and also have experience in the diagnosis and treatment of adults with ADHD. My current role includes undertaking and overseeing the holistic assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients under my care. In 2018 I completed an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice and have contributed to the publication of national guidance related to my field of practice. In my spare time I enjoy football, spending time with my children and walking my dog.
