Dr. Leszek Rudzki, PhD, Consultant Psychiatrist has graduated from Bialystok Medical University, Poland.

His psychiatric areas of expertise include attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, cyclothymia, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

Dr. Rudzki is also a researcher and passionate regarding the role of nutritional psychiatry, immune system, inflammation, diet, gastrointestinal tract, and intestinal microbiota in psychiatric disorders. In this subject, he obtained a doctorate and demonstrated the beneficial effect of probiotic bacteria on cognitive functions and biochemical parameters in patients with depression. It was the first such study showing such results in depressed patients.

He is the author of various publications in scientific journals and book chapters. He is also a reviewer in reputable journals in neuroscience and psychiatry, including Journal of Affective Disorders, Progress in Neuro-Psychopharmacology & Biological Psychiatry, Psychoneuroendocrinology, Journal of Neuroimmunology, and others.

Furthermore, he has undergone numerous training courses in different therapeutic models, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model), and Brainspotting.
