Dr Maha F Khan graduated as a medical doctor in 2001 and started training in psychiatry in 2007 with North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. She completed her higher specialist training with London Deanery under Southwest London & St George’s NHS Mental Health Trust. She received membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 2013 and attained her Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training in 2016. She is on GMC Specialist Register, is section 12 approved and holds Responsible Clinician status.
Dr Khan has wide experience of working in different psychiatric sub-specialties ranging from Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to Old Age Psychiatry but she has expertise in dealing with Working-Age Adults presenting with following psychiatric illnesses:

Dr Khan has extensive experience of working, using the bio-psycho-social model and her work with personality disorders intensive treatment team allowed her to gain valuable experience in the psychological domain which she uses in her routine assessments for the benefit of her patients.
