We’re excited to share some important news!

Our CEO Nell Montgomery, alongside our Executive Team and colleagues from across Psychiatry UK, has officially opened our brand-new Patient Help and Support Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne.

During the opening celebration, we welcomed 30 new team members, each bringing valuable experience in customer care and a genuine passion for supporting patients with warmth, understanding and respect.

 

 

What does this mean for our patients?

Our new Centre allows us to assist twice as many patients with their queries – whether through Live Chat, telephone or other contact channels.
Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, our friendly support team is here to offer clear guidance, timely help and reassurance whenever you need it.
