A quick guide to resetting your two factor authentication (2FA).

For Patients:

Go to our IT Support page https://psychiatry-uk.com/it-support/

2. Click I’m A Patient.

3. Select I need my 2FA details reset (changed or damaged phone).

4. Then upload your ID in the ID documents(s) section. Please take a look at the ID we can accept here.

5. Enter your full name and email address (please enter the email address that is on your account).

6. Tick the I’m not a robot box.

7. Click Submit.

This will create an IT Support Ticket, where we will respond to you with the progress of your 2FA reset.

For Staff:

1. Go to our IT Support page https://psychiatry-uk.com/it-support/

2. Click I’m Staff.

3. Click Issues.

4. Select Request portal 2FA reset.

5. In the Raise this request on behalf of section, ensure the correct email address is selected.

6. Select the Reason. Or enter text the Other reason section.

7. Click Send.

This will create an IT Support Ticket, where we will respond to you with the progress of your 2FA reset.
