Dr McKenzie is a compassionate and skilled psychiatrist dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of her patients. She began her medical career in South Africa, where she qualified and practiced as a general practitioner. In 1995, she moved to the UK where she specialised in psychiatry in London.

As a consultant psychiatrist within the NHS, Dr McKenzie worked within community mental health services. She assessed and treated adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges. She is particularly passionate about supporting women navigating mental health issues during perimenopause and menopause. She combines judicious medication management with lifestyle and nutritional strategies, empowering her patients to take an active role in their treatment. Her extensive experience encompasses the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various mental health conditions in adults, including:

– Mental health difficulties associated with perimenopause and menopause
