Private ADHD Assessment
From £855 for Peppy members
A comprehensive diagnostic assessment with a Consultant Psychiatrist, delivered online. Includes a 50–60 minute consultation, a follow-up appointment if required, and a full written report with clear next-step recommendations.
Private Adult Autism Assessment
From £1,755 for Peppy members
A thorough, NICE-compliant assessment with a Consultant Psychiatrist, usually within two weeks of completing pre-assessment forms. Includes pre-assessment questionnaires, a one-hour consultation, and a full written report within 7 working days.
How the pathway works
1. Screening with Peppy
Access ADHD & autism specialist triage through the Peppy app, as part of your employer-funded Peppy membership.
2. Clinical recommendation
If your Peppy clinician identifies that a formal diagnostic assessment would help, they’ll recommend Psychiatry UK as the next step and share a dedicated registration link with you directly.
3. Register with Psychiatry UK
Complete our short registration form using the link your Peppy clinician sends you. This confirms your eligibility for the Peppy member rate.
4. Pay at your discounted rate
Once your registration’s confirmed, we’ll send you a secure payment link showing your discounted Peppy member price.
5. Pay and attend your assessment
Choose an appointment time that suits you, then attend a comprehensive, confidential online assessment with one of our GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrists.
6. Receive your report
A full written report with a diagnosis (if appropriate) and clear recommendations for what comes next.

Yes – our Private Adult ADHD and Autism services are open to anyone aged 18+ who wants to self-refer. The Peppy member rate is specific to referrals that come through the Peppy pathway.

Your Peppy clinician will send you a dedicated registration link directly in the Peppy app. You’ll need to complete this and confirm your consent to proceed before we can register you at the Peppy member rate. Your Peppy clinician team can talk you through exactly what’s needed.
We know trust matters when you’re sharing personal health information, so here’s what to expect:
- To register through this pathway and access your Peppy member rate, a minimum level of information is shared between Peppy and Psychiatry UK – this is limited to what’s needed to confirm your referral and keep your Peppy clinician informed of your progress through our process.
- Your assessment and diagnosis report are yours. We recommend sharing your outcome report with your Peppy clinician once you’ve been assessed, so they can continue to support you – but this is entirely your choice, and your assessment will go ahead either way.

Your assessment discount is only available once you’ve had a screening consultation with your Peppy clinician. So instead of a public booking form, they’ll send your registration link to you directly once that’s complete. If you haven’t started that process yet, speak to your Peppy clinician team to get going.
