Dr Ian Rowbotham is a consultant psychiatrist who studied medicine at Sheffield University, graduating in 2005. Early on in his career he decided to specialise in psychiatry and developed special interests in psychotherapy, liaison psychiatry and adult ADHD, while still a registrar in Cambridgeshire. He has lectured at Cambridge University and throughout the Covid pandemic led the ECT team in Cambridgeshire. Dr Rowbotham is a published author, a keen trainer and educator, and is also a member of the board of examiners of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. Above all this, however, he is a committed doctor dedicated to helping his patients.
