Dr Javani is a Consultant Psychiatrist with 20 years’ experience in psychiatry, nine of those at Consultant level.
She has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors. Her foundational psychiatry training took place in Essex, followed by senior training in Norfolk before achieving the status of Consultant.
Her career has been diverse, encompassing inpatient care, prison services, community outreach and crisis team.
A highly skilled clinician, she specialises in a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, ranging from common disorders like anxiety and depression to complex presentations such as psychoses and personality disorders.
Her proficiency extends to the adept management of both minor and severe mental health conditions, having worked extensively with diverse populations, both men and women, throughout her career.
