A copy of your clinic letter will be uploaded to your MedQare portal, and you will be notified by email and/or SMS, or via the Companion app, to log in and read/download your letter as required.
Please leave a note on the portal with your requested amendments and assign the note to ‘Your Doctor’. This is the fastest method for getting any changes made.
Please leave a note on the portal with your request. Assign the note to ‘ Your Doctor’ – or ‘Your Prescriber’ if you are in titration. Please do not assign the note to ‘Customer Support’ as this may result in a delay due to the volume of notes that are sent to this team.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for this letter to be generated for you.
