Qualifications: RMN.
I am a registered Mental Health Nurse and qualified in 2003. After qualification, I worked in an acute adult psychiatry inpatient unit for a year. I went on to work for substance misuse service for 7years. During this time, I gained my Nurse Independent Prescriber qualification. In 2011, I moved to CAMHS as ADHD nurse prescriber and remained in this post until 2015 when I joined a newly developed Children and young people’s ADHD and ASD service as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner. My nursing experience has been within the NHS.
