We’re delighted to introduce Stephanie Wallace, who joined Psychiatry UK in July, and has already begun making a real difference in the way our ADHD Medication Titration Service supports patients.
A message from Steph
Hello! I’m Stephanie Wallace – though most people just call me Steph.
I’m proud to be the Clinical Operations Manager for the ADHD Medication Titration Service here at Psychiatry UK.
At heart, I’m a nurse with over 17 years of experience in mental health and advanced clinical practice. Supporting people on their ADHD journey is more than a job for me – it’s a privilege and a passion.
Every person’s experience of ADHD is unique, and so is the journey to finding out what works best. My role is to ensure that our patients receive care that’s safe, effective and personal – guided by empathy, respect and evidence-based practice.
Working Together on Your ADHD Journey
Our goal is simple: to work with you, not just for you.
Starting medication can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work alongside an incredible team of over 150 specialist prescribing nurses and pharmacists, all dedicated to ensuring you feel supported, informed and cared for at every stage.
We listen closely, explain clearly and adapt as needed – because we know the right care isn’t ‘one-size-fits-all’.
Why Your Feedback Matters
Your feedback shapes everything we do.
It helps us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where we can do better. Every message, comment, and suggestion you share is used to guide meaningful improvements across our service.
We want every ADHD journey to feel:
- Personal – tailored to your needs.
- Respectful – grounded in understanding and dignity.
- Reassuring – built on trust and open communication.
What’s Next?
Over the coming months, I’ll be sharing updates as we roll out new ways to make your experience even smoother and more supportive. From faster communication to clearer information, our aim is to make the titration process feel transparent, empowering, and calm.
Thank you for trusting us to be part of your care—we’re with you every step of the way.
With warm wishes,
Steph
