I am a Consultant Psychiatrist. I attended medical school in Zaragoza, Spain, and started training in the UK in 1996. I specialised in psychiatry in the North West training scheme and became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
I have been working as a Consultant Psychiatrist initially in the Early Intervention Team, for people with first episodes of psychosis, and the Assertive Outreach team. Since 2008, I have been working as a Consultant Psychiatrist with a community mental health team in Trafford, the birthplace of the NHS.
I am particularly interested in treatment of depressive disorder, anxiety, bipolar affective disorder, ADHD in adults and psychosis.
I have an interest in medical management, and have worked as lead consultant for some years.
