She is specialised in the diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, work-related issues and stress. She is also very experienced in assessing and treating ADHD in Adults, as well as women’s mental health in the peri-menopause/menopause.

She feels privileged to form close relationships with her clients and use a collaborative approach to addressing their mental health needs. She provides a holistic approach to treatment and also incorporates a traditional approach of identifying biological, psychological and social aspects. Adjunct interventions include access to extensive psychotherapeutic interventions, pharmacological and complementary therapies if so appropriate.

She has a pioneering approach to psychiatry. She has already introduced personalised medicine into her practice, in the form of pharmacogenetic ‘Myogenes’ testing, which allows a more targeted and informed approach to medication choice.

She is also one of the first consultant psychiatrists in London using leading medical device, ‘Alpha-Stim’, a safe and extremely well tolerated FDA-approved treatment for anxiety, depression, insomnia and pain management.
