Dr Jebadurai has extensive experience in the field of psychiatry, both in the community and inpatient settings in the UK for more than two decades.
After completing his core psychiatric training at St. Mary’s training scheme in London, he became a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. He then went on to continue his academic career at the University of Hertfordshire and completed his doctorate programme (MD).
Simultaneously, he completed Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Adult Psychiatry and registered as a Specialist in General Adult Psychiatry at the General Medical Council (GMC). He is also an Approved Clinician (AC) and Section 12 (2) approved under the Mental Health Act in Wales.
He is keen on helping people with his compassionate approach, good listening skills and person-centred care, involving them throughout the process of their assessment, diagnosis and treatment options. His vast experience in general adult psychiatry as well as with children (CAMHS and Learning disabilities) has helped him to recognise/ diagnose these residual symptoms in later adulthood.
His hobbies include attending Pilates classes, gym and playing piano and guitar.
