I am a Consultant Psychiatrist currently working in Northeast London Foundation Trust.
I am a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and have completed my CCT training in Old Age Psychiatry and received endorsement in Liaison Psychiatry (General adult).
I have over 15 years’ experience diagnosing and treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Affective Disorder, Personality Disorder and ADHD.
I worked as a specialist doctor for child and adolescent services in Northeast of England and involved in running ADHD clinic for CAMHS services.
I am specialist in diagnosing and treating dementia, delirium, depression, and other mental health problems in older adults.
I am passionate about providing great quality in my work and has led many quality improvement projects to improve mental health services and to provide quality of care to our patients. I regularly supervise junior doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioners in my team.
I can communicate in different languages like English, Urdu and Punjabi.
