Dr Abioye completed his psychiatric training in Manchester and has worked in a range of services, including community mental health teams, acute inpatient services, PICUs, low and medium secure facilities and more recently in learning disability services.
He is a member of the neuro-development psychiatric group with his current employment and has developed in the management of patients with complex neuropsychiatric disorders that include learning difficulties complicated by co-morbidities like head injury, ADHD and autism spectrum conditions. He has an interest in the management of co-morbid ADHD and tic disorders having completed a dissertation on that topic for an MSc.
He currently works in a PICU and inpatient learning difficulties service with the private sector.
